What is a Rum Sidecar?
A fun variation of the classic Sidecar cocktail which is a type of Daisy cocktail, made with a spirit, citrus juice, and a liqueur as a sweetener. Other well-known Daisies include the Margarita and The White Lady. The richness of the dark aged rum pairs well with the citrus to create an outstanding aperitif.
