What is a Welcome to the Jungle?

Inspired by the classic “Jungle Bird", a Tiki cocktail that's made with rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. It was created in the 1970s at the aviary bar of the former Hilton Kuala Lumpur. A tropical classic made to perfection with Angostura^® 7 Year Old Dark Rum.

Ingredients

30ml Angostura^® 7yr Caribbean rum
30ml Amaro di Angostura^®
25ml Campari
25ml lime juice
50ml pineapple juice
15ml lime juice
15ml simple syrup
3 dashes Angostura^® aromatic bitters

Method

Shaken and poured over crushed ice.
Serve in Tiki mug / Old fashioned
