What is a Carnival Mai Tai?
A Mai Tai is a famous Tiki cocktail created in the 1940's. This classic tropical refresher has many variations. The rich flavors of spices, bananas, coconut and citrus of the Angostura® 5 year old rum makes this one an absolute favorite.

Ingredients

  • 45ml Angostura® 5yr Caribbean rum
  • 15ml Amaro di Angostura®
  • 25ml orange liqueur
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 15ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml orgeat syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura® aromatic bitters

Method

  • Shaken and poured over crushed ice
  • Serve in Tiki mug / Old fashioned
